Ragavendra Raghul and Deepa founded Pentacle Newyork in 2018 around customised gifts that felt meaningful to the people receiving them.
As demand grew, they reinvested in machinery. Each addition allowed the team to work with more materials, create more precise finishes and take on ideas that were previously difficult to produce.

The operation now brings UV and DTF printing, metal cutting, engraving, powder coating, heat transfer and product customisation together.
Pentacle also built experience selling through Etsy, eBay and Amazon, connecting Indian manufacturing with customers beyond the local market.
